1930s Homemade Sheer Cotton Voile Day Dress
Just because the U.S. was in the midst of a Depression, doesn't mean the fashion of the era was drab or any less fabulous! This vibrant little number proves just the opposite!
Fashioned in a floral sheer cotton voile, this handmade dress has a square neckline trimmed in petite lace. Matching lace also lines the sleeve cuffs. The bodice has small center pleating from the collar to the waist. Skirt is pleated all the way around.
Fastens with side metal snaps.
Total Length: 38.5"
Condition: Very Good
There are four tiny to small pink stains on the front skirt hem. There is a very small weak spot forming near one of the underarm seams. As this is a handmade dress, some of the seams are messy, particularly around the waist. It is only noticeable upon close inspection. Priced accordingly.
