1938 UNCAS Nicholas Barbieri "Palm & Birds" Sterling Silver & Enamel Brooch
This lovely brooch is a reminder of glamorous and exotic vacations to Rio de Janeiro and Tenerife, both popular travel spots in the 1930s.
Made in the USA by Uncas Manufacturing in 1938, this beautiful brooch was designed and patented by Nicholas Barbieri. Crafted in sterling silver and encrusted with sparkling set marcasite, this brooch features two brown and gold enamel birds perches under vivid green enameled palm trees.
Pin fastens with a safety catch.
