This product is unavailable
It's the dawn of a new day! The 1939 New York World's Fair was one of the most famous (if not the most famous) and iconic World's Fairs of all time!
There were a lot of souvenirs sold at the Fair, (please see our other listings for more great items), but they don't get much sweeter than this darling enameled brass locket brooch!
This brooch features the famous Trylon and Perisphere, also known as the Theme Center of the event. The Perisphere is a locket that opens to reveal a photograph of a 1930s sweetheart, which came with the piece (though you could put a photo of your own sweetheart in there as well)! Underneath the pair reads "© New York World's Fair 1939".
Length: 1 7/8"
Width: 1 5/8"
Piece has all over surface wear, most notably on the perisphere. The blue enamel paint is beginning to chip in a few places. The back of the piece also has some tarnish spots. Priced accordingly.
