1950s Men's Gabardine Bold Look Atomic Fleck Pace Setter Suit by Raleigh
The devil is in the details on this dapper suit. From afar it looks like your average stylish men's 1950s suit, but step a little closer to see the uniqueness of the pattern and cut!
Fashioned in a black gabardine with allover flecks of red, green and blue, this suit is cut in the Bold Look style, which was the masculine answer to Dior's New Look for women.
Jacket is single breasted with a lower button stance and gorge, as was customary in the Bold Look. It is lined in the front and has flapped pockets. Also comes with a vintage faux pocket square from the original owner's neighborhood cleaners.
Pants sit at the natural waist and have a pleated front, watch pocket, side slash pockets, besom back pockets and cuffs. Fastens with a metal Waldes zipper.
