Trifari has been one of the most well respected and admired producers of costume jewelry in the United States for nearly a century. The company's popularity and collectability are in large part attributed to its chief designer, Alfred Philippe, who worked for Trifari from 1930 until 1968.
One look at these dazzling works of art and it's easy to see why they have become highly sought after by everyone from Mamie Eisenhower to Madonna.
This stunning brooch hails for the early 1960s. We have included a photo of a 1963 ad for the set.
Brooch is fashioned in a gold-tone metal with white enamel patterned almost like snake skin. It has 9 beautiful coral colored cabochons encompassed by petite emerald green cabochons. All stones are accounted for and pin back and safety catch are functioning.
