1970s Clayton's of Virginia Blue & Green Tweed Norfolk-Style Suit
Originating in the 19th century for the distinguished sportsman, the iconic Norfolk jacket has been a favorite among dandies, riflemen and even Hollywood big screen detectives for more than 100 years.
There are many variations of the Norfolk jacket. This suit closely resembles the 1930s/1940s style made popular by Basil Rathbone's character Sherlock Holmes.
This jacket is single breasted with a faux full belt, four button closure and laid on box pleats. It is fashioned in a soft blue and green tweed and has the traditional notched lapel and bellow pockets. Jacket also has faux adjustable straps on cuffs.
Pants are flat front with on seam hip pockets and besom back pockets. Fastens with a polyester zipper.

Inseam: 30" ** There is an additional 3" of material in the hem, so these could be altered to add length **
